Unless stated otherwise, all bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30× wagering requirement must generate PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met. All games and sports betting markets available on w3999 are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.
In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, server error or any other technical fault affecting the outcome of a game or bet, w3999 reserves the right to void any affected round, wager or settlement. No payout obligation arises from a malfunction. Where a bet or game outcome is voided, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
Where a sporting odds price is published in error — including obvious pricing errors, system glitches or data-feed failures — w3999 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. The Player will be notified and any staked amount refunded.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w3999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or any other matter where exclusion is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.
